When you send us process to be served and the subject has moved, we will automatically skip-trace your subject and serve them at the new address, unless otherwise specified by your office. If we find your subject, the regular fees for process service and skip-tracing will apply. There will be no charge for the skip-trace, however, if we do not find your subject; you will pay only a $40.00 charge for an attempted service of process.
